Amritsar Civic physique takes over illegally occupied land
Amritsar, April 19
A group led by Dharminderjit Singh, MC Property Officer, right here on Tuesday eliminated encroachment from over 1,500 sq yard of land, which was illegally occupied by some individuals by establishing a boundary wall, on the instructions of the DC, within the presence of Obligation Justice of the Peace Akwinder Kaur, Naib Tehsildar Amritsar-2.
All-India Christian Samaj Morcha and Christian Peace Council of India had filed a grievance on the workplace of the DC (complaints department). MC was receiving complaints from Punjab State Minorities Fee concerning unlawful occupation of this land.
The MC had despatched a letter to submit paperwork concerning the possession of those lands, however no paperwork concerning the possession was submitted by occupants. Therefore, the MC took its possession. —
