Day after crackdown on crushers in Nangal, mining officer suspended

Day after mining officer Vipin Kamboj sealed six stone crusher vegetation allegedly concerned in unlawful mining within the hills of Khera Kalmot village close to Nangal, he was positioned underneath suspension for “dereliction of obligation” by Principal Secretary, Water Assets and Mining and Geology, Krishan Kumar late final night.

Kamboj had sealed six stone crushers — Mahavir Stone Crusher, Gill Stone Crusher, Kalgidhar Stone Crusher, Guru Stone Crusher, New Satluj Stone Crusher and Gurinder Doaba Stone Crusher — after the unit homeowners did not current related paperwork referring to storage of a big amount of extracted materials with them.
In line with the suspension letter, Kamboj had been suspended with rapid impact and a charge-sheet would observe.
In line with sources, motion over dereliction of obligation had been taken for not following the instructions of the Nationwide Inexperienced Tribunal.
