Speaking to The Tribune, Vidhan Sabha Speaker Kultar Singh Sandhwan mentioned all-first-time MLAs could be requested to attend the coaching in order that they may learn to increase points within the Home; know the foundations; increase questions and search replies; learn to keep the dignity of the Home, apart from studying tips on how to deal with the members by taking permission of the chair and take part in Home debates.

“I would love the members to have this coaching earlier than the Finances session. A staff of seven to eight completely different topic specialists from PRIDE will conduct the three-day coaching module,” he mentioned.
