Within the final two days, incidents of looting, snatching and theft have been reported from completely different components of the town.

Raghav Joshi, a resident of Amritsar and worker of Bajaj Finance firm, was robbed of the belongings he was carrying close to Booh village right here on Sunday. Moreover, miscreants stole wine bottles from a store on the Sarhali street in Patti city after breaking its lock. The miscreants made off with 65 bottles of wine of various manufacturers and 10 beer bottles. The store is located just some metres away from the police naka.

The robbers failed to interrupt the locks of a wine store located close to the grain market, Patti, after which they moved to the Sarhali street and stole wine and beer bottles. A case beneath Sections 379-B and 34 of the IPC was registered by Patti police on Monday.
