Tarn Taran: Property dispute claims widow’s life, three booked

A property dispute claimed the lifetime of a widow in Pakhopur village falling underneath Chhola Sahib police station on Tuesday.
The deceased has been recognized as Rajbir Kaur (30) whose husband Sandeep Singh died six years in the past.
She had a dispute over 9 acre property with a household of the identical village. The deceased was at her home when three assailants trespassed her home. The assailants indulged in a verbal duel along with her after which fired three photographs at her. She died on the spot.
DSP Jagir Singh who visited the spot mentioned the accused have been recognized as Sukhwinder Singh, his two sons Prabhjit Singh and Jashanpreet Singh.
They’ve been booked underneath Sections 302, 452 and 34 of the IPC and Sections 25, 27, 54 and 59 of the Arms Act by the Chhola Sahib police.
The deceased is survived by two sons and a daughter, who’re within the 5-10 age bracket. Kashmir Singh ,father-in-law of the deceased, is the previous sarpanch of the village.
Kashmir Singh had two sons and each of them died.
The DSP mentioned the accused have been on the run and the police have been conducting raids at their doable hideouts.
