AAP’s Patiala Rural MLA Dr Balbir Singh convicted in felony case; will get 3-year jail time period

Punjab’s ruling Aam Aadmi Social gathering’s Patiala (Rural) MLA Dr Balbir Singh has been convicted in a felony case.
Further chief judicial Justice of the Peace Ravi Inder Singh introduced three-year rigorous imprisonment for the accused together with three others. He was, nonetheless, granted bail on the spot.
A case was registered in opposition to Dr Balbir Singh on June 13, 2011 on the criticism of his spouse’s sister Rupinderjit Kaur and her husband Mewa Singh.
