Zero pendency in mSeva portal, claims Amritsar civic physique

The Municipal Company (MC) has diminished the pendency of the mSeva grievance portal to zero, claimed senior MC officers. MC Joint Commissioner Hardeep Singh held conferences with the officers to conduct a follow-up to settle the m-service complaints on Monday. After assembly the officers, Hardeep Singh stated on March 15, complete 1,616 complaints have been pending within the mSeva software.
He stated on the instructions of Mayor Karamjit Singh Rintu and MC Commissioner, the company officers and staff labored around the clock to resolve the complaints. Consequently, all complaints have been settled. He stated solely eight complaints have been pending within the public grievance redressal portal (PGRS) of the Punjab Authorities, which might even be resolved quickly. Joint Commissioner stated in future, the complaints coming on to mSeva, PGRS and Municipal Company shall be disposed inside the time restrict. This shall be adopted by actual time checks and steady monitoring.
