Joginder Pal, former Congress Bhoa MLA, arrested for finishing up unlawful mining

Pathankot, June 17

Joginder Pal, former Congress MLA from Bhoa, was on Friday arrested by the Pathankot Police for finishing up unlawful mining.

The Taragarh police have registered an FIR beneath Part 21 of the Mining and Minerals act.

Final week, performing on a particular enter, police had raided Krishna crushers in Kirruan and had confiscated a whole lot of tonnes PF mining materials allegedly illegally excavated by the MLAs males.

Krishna crusher is owned by Joginder Pal’s household.

On a number of earlier events his title has cropped up for being engaged in unauthorised excavation of fabric.

The police have launched an investigation and extra arrests are prone to be made quickly.
