Punjab Police registers FIR on grievance of horse buying and selling of AAP MLAs by BJP
CHANDIGARH: Following the grievance filed by some MLAs of the state, Punjab Police on Wednesday registered a primary data report (FIR) underneath part 8 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 and Sections 171-B and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) on the Police Station State Crime, SAS Nagar.
Official Spokesperson of Punjab Police stated that the Police have registered an FIR primarily based on prima facie foundation and investigation has been transferred to the Vigilance Bureau as per normal tips.
