Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann has given the nod for a recent inquiry by the Vigilance Bureau (VB) into the function of two former Akali ministers and three former IAS officers within the multi-crore rip-off within the Irrigation Division in the course of the tenure of the SAD-BJP authorities.
