Irked over the failure of the police to arrest the culprits, who attacked a dealer on Saturday night time at Rampura Phul and fled along with his bag containing cash, merchants of the city noticed a shutdown and staged a protest by blocking the Bathinda-Chandigarh freeway at Rampura Phul right now.

Manmohan Bansal, proprietor of Manmohan Kiryana, positioned out there of Rampura Mandi, was on the way in which residence after closing his store when unknown individuals attacked him with sharp weapons, injuring him. They fled along with his bag containing cash.
