Conspiracy to kill Jalandhar priest: NIA information further chargesheet
New Delhi, September 23
The NIA at the moment stated it has filed a supplementary chargesheet naming Gagandeep Singh, alias Gaggu, as an accused in reference to a case referring to the conspiracy hatched by Khalistan Tiger Pressure (KTF) to kill priest Kamaldeep Sharma in Jalandhar.
Whereas saying it had earlier filed a chargesheet in opposition to 4 accused on July 4 within the case, the NIA stated the investigation had revealed that the conspiracy was hatched by Arshdeep Singh, alias Arsh, and Hardeep Singh Nijjar, each based mostly in Canada, to disturb peace and disrupt communal concord.
Gagandeep Singh of Meerut, has been charged beneath the Arms Act and the Illegal Actions (Prevention) Act, the company stated, including that additional investigation within the case was in progress.
