Income up 18% from sale of stamp paper

Income Minister Bram Shanker Jimpa has stated there was an 18.50 per cent improve in earnings from the sale of stamp papers and registration of land/properties in September 2022 as in comparison with September 2021.
Giving the main points, the Income Minister stated from September 1 to September 30, an earnings of Rs 301.65 crore was deposited to the treasury beneath the pinnacle “stamp and registration”. He stated this was 18.50 per cent greater than September 2021. Within the yr 2021, the earnings was Rs 254.54 crore.
Jimpa stated, “We additionally registered a 21.87 per cent improve in income from the sale of stamp papers and registration in August 2022 as in comparison with August 2021.”
