Case in opposition to Ilaqa Sangharsh Committee member ‘false’, attorneys droop work

Protesting in opposition to the registration of a case registered in opposition to Vishal Saini, a member of Ilaqa Sangharsh Committee, advocates of Ropar, Nangal and Anandpur Sahib went on strike at the moment. They claimed that Saini had been implicated in a false case as a result of he had raised voice in opposition to the state authorities.
On Saturday, the police had registered a case on the Nangal police station on the grievance of stone crusher proprietor Dalbir Singh in opposition to Tikka Yashvir Chand, advocate Vishal Saini, Hardev Singh, Jarnail Singh, Surinder Singh and Jaswinder Singh allegedly for extortion from stone crusher house owners.
Addressing a press convention at the moment, Nangal Bar Affiliation president Navdeep Singh Heera alleged that Saini had been implicated in a false case as he was vocal in opposition to unlawful mining and elevating the problems of frequent man.
In the meantime, mining contractor Rakesh Kumar Chaudhary, who was arrested on Friday allegedly for unlawful mining, was produced in a Nangal courtroom at the moment from the place he was despatched to judicial custody.
Nangal SHO Danish Veer Singh mentioned one of many accused Surinder Singh had already been arrested.
In the meantime, Ilaqa Sangharsh Committee members at the moment alleged that the case in opposition to its six members had been filed on the behest of mining mafia.
