3 cops suspended for arresting man from advocate’s chamber

Three policemen have been suspended and a departmental inquiry was ordered in opposition to them after they arrested a person from an advocate’s chamber in his absence on Thursday.
The District Bar Affiliation (DBA) held a protest on this connection and in addition met the SSP after which the matter was resolved.
Advocate Himanshu Girdhar had yesterday complained to the DBA that three police personnel had arrested a person from his chamber in his absence and with out his data.
He additionally submitted the CCTV footage of the incident. In his criticism, Girdhar acknowledged that the arrested man, Parminder Singh, was in his chamber relating to a court docket case and had come to signal paperwork.
