The Counter Intelligence Wing of the police has seized 5 kg heroin and detained one particular person on this connection.
Amanjit Singh Bajwa, AIG (Counter Intelligence), stated the police bought a tip-off that Gurwinder Singh and Harpreet Singh, of Amritsar, had been concerned in drug trafficking. That they had hyperlinks with Pakistan-based drug peddlers, stated the police.
