An intense chilly wave is sweeping Punjab and Haryana as the 2 states recorded low temperatures.
Dense fog at many locations diminished visibility hampered regular move of site visitors.
At 2.2 levels, Delhi recorded the season’s coldest morning. This led to many trains operating late and flights being delayed on the IGI airport.
