Kin of kidnapped woman need case below POCSO Act

The Chabal police had arrested the accused liable for abducting a teenage woman from Thatha village a month again. The sufferer woman too had been recovered and handed over to her dad and mom.
The accused, recognized as Jagdep Singh, a resident of Fatehbad village, was residing along with his sister and brother-in-law at Thatha village. The woman’s father in his assertion to the police stated the accused developed relations with the sufferer and kidnapped her a month again on the pretext of marrying her. The police arrested the accused on Monday together with the sufferer woman.
The accused was booked below Sections 363 and 366-A of IPC. The daddy of the woman demanded that provisions of POCSO Act be added to the case.
