Cancel FIRs towards Congress sarpanches: Zira ex-MLA

Accusing the state authorities of indulging in vendetta politics and resorting to “witch searching”, former Zira MLA and DCC chief Kulbir Singh Zira at the moment threatened to launch a protest and gherao Cupboard Minister Harjot Singh Bains throughout his scheduled go to on the event of the Republic Day right here if the FIRs registered towards Congress sarpanches and employees weren’t cancelled.
Speaking to mediapersons, he stated the police, on the behest of AAP leaders, had been falsely reserving Congress employees and harassing their members of the family.
Kulbir alleged that the police had booked Congress sarpanch Janak Raj Sharma and his son, advocate Navdeep Sharma, in a false case on the idea of a flimsy grievance lodged by a BDPO.
Kulbir additional stated that on January 20, the Zira BDPO, Mittar Mann, had known as the sarpanch to his workplace, including that when the sarpanch went to fulfill him alongside together with his son, the BDPO used derogatory language towards him and later gave a false grievance in Zira police station. The police booked the Sarpanch and his son underneath varied sections of the IPC.
“He’s not even eligible to work because the BDPO and has been promoted towards norms,” he alleged.
Mittar Mann, BDPO, stated all statements made by Zira had been incorrect. “I had known as the sarpanch to my workplace who got here alongside together with his son. They misbehaved with me and destroyed paperwork. The incident occurred in entrance of my workers members and was recorded in a CCTV following which I had filed a grievance with the police,” stated Mann.
