The renovation of a pond at Bhallaiana village within the Gidderbaha Meeting section has come underneath the scanner after some residents raised questions over the standard of building materials getting used.
The pond is being constructed underneath the Thapar mannequin at a value of Rs 30 lakh.
Villagers made movies of poor high quality bricks used for the works. “The development firm has not used a bag of cement to make the boundary wall and solely sand is getting used.
