Shopkeeper shot at in Punjab’s Phagwara
Phagwara, January 27
A shopkeeper was shot at by two unidentified motorcyclists, police mentioned on Friday.
Sanjay Sachdeva (34) was closing his store in Ankhi Nagar when the incident occurred on Thursday evening, SHO Amandeep Nahar mentioned.
The sufferer was rushed to the civil hospital and was later referred to a non-public facility. His situation is claimed to be crucial, he mentioned.
The officer mentioned it was not recognized if an outdated hostility was behind the incident or if the bikers had include the intention to loot.
“We’re scanning CCTV footage to determine the accused,” the SHO added.
