False case towards sarpanch, ex-MLA protests at Sirhind

Former MLA Kuljit Singh Nagra, alongside along with his supporters, held a protest exterior the Sirhind BDPO workplace immediately over registration of “false” case towards Congress sarpanch of Jallah village and 20 others underneath political strain.
On the criticism of the Sirhind BDPO, Ramesh Kumar, the police had registered a case towards Devinder Singh Jallah, sarpanch of Jallah village, underneath Sections 186 and 353 of the IPC for allegedly stopping him from performing his responsibility.
The BDPO had alleged that the sarpanch and his 20 supporters entered his workplace, raised slogans and disrupted the functioning.
The previous MLA alleged that the BDPO was already dealing with corruption costs as he was caught red-handed accepting bribe by the Vigilance. He mentioned he would expose misdeeds of officers and political leaders and the position of the MLA’s nephew in authorities places of work and unlawful colonies on March 31.
He mentioned the Fatehgarh Sahib MLA had instructed panchayat secretaries to not cross any decision relating to growth initiatives. He additional mentioned no JE was getting ready estimates whereas lakhs of rupees have been mendacity with village panchayats.
