CHANDIGARH: The Punjab Vigilance Bureau (VB) has arrested another absconding accused agent Gaurav Arora, resident of Central City, Jalandhar who colluded with Motor Automobile Inspector (MVI), Jalandhar Naresh Kaler within the car health certificates rip-off. The VB has confiscated his cell phone and SIM card which might be despatched to knowledge specialists to assemble extra details about this rip-off.
