Affiliation chief Bikramjit Singh mentioned whereas the common and contractual staff have identical job profile and work, the latter are being paid much less.
“We fail to know that why two individuals doing identical job are being paid otherwise. It’s sheer exploitation of the unemployed individuals,” he mentioned. He added that the affiliation had earlier too threatened to boycott the providers however later after assurances from the senior authorities functionaries had postponed the motion.
