The Board of Administrators of the Punjab State Industrial Export Company (PSIEC) has determined to check with the state authorities the problem of withholding the permission to promote, change the structure and constructing plan approval to over two dozen allottees within the controversial 25-acre Gulmohar Township undertaking in Mohali.
