2 armed males loot Rs 22 lakh from Punjab Nationwide Financial institution in Amritsar

Two armed males looted round Rs 22 lakh from the Punjab Nationwide Financial institution department at Rani Masi Bagh right here on Thursday.
The incident came about at round midday.
In keeping with the police, an armed man with a lined face entered the financial institution and pointed a pistol on the cashier. His confederate waited exterior on a scooter.
The accused fled inside minutes of the incident.
The financial institution is positioned near the places of work of Deputy Commissioner of Police, Legislation and Order, and ADCP, Site visitors.
The police mentioned there was no guard within the financial institution.
DCP (Investigation) Mukhwinder Singh Bhullar mentioned they had been attempting to determine the suspects from the CCTV footage.
