Gang of robbers busted, 5 land in police web

The Patti Sadar police claimed to have busted a gang of robbers by arresting its 5 members at Sanghvan village right here yesterday.
Vishaljit Singh, SP (Investigation), stated 5 members of the gang had been arrested by a police celebration, led by Inspector Harjinder Singh, Station Home Officer (SHO), Sadar police.
A pistol, 5 cartridges, sharp weapons and two stolen bikes had been recovered from their possession. Two gang members managed to flee from the spot.
The SP (Investigation) stated these arrested had been recognized as Jujbir Singh Juj, Kuldeep Singh, Jasbir Singh Sona of Patti city, Sarmel Singh of Varpal village and Sarabjit Singh of Kirian village. The suspects had been driving two stolen bikes.
SP Vishaljit Singh stated the gang was concerned in numerous theft, snatching and theft incidents. The suspects had been produced earlier than a courtroom, which despatched them to two-day police remand.
