The arrested Khalistani terrorist has been recognized as Fortunate Khokhar alias Denis.

Khokhar, a resident of Bathinda in Punjab, was nabbed from Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan, on Tuesday. He was in direct and frequent contact with Arsh Dalla and had carried out recruitment for him. Khokhar acquired funds from him for finishing up terror-related actions, the official stated.
