Man held for opening fireplace in Amritsar
Amritsar, February 24
Kotwali police have arrested Shamsher Singh, alias Shera, of Jhabal in Tarn Taran for firing outdoors a protest website. The accused, together with a number of others, has been holding an agitation outdoors a publishing home for the previous two days.
ASI Vikramjit Singh, the complainant, mentioned he, together with the police get together, was current on the spot when the accused who was holding a double barrel gun allegedly opened fireplace which led to a panic within the space. A case underneath IPC and Sections 25/27/54/59 of the Arms Act was registered towards him.
