ECI Lifts Mannequin Code of Conduct

Election fee of India (ECI) has isued a letter to carry the mannequin code of conduct concerning Jalandhar bye election.
In a letter issued by ECI, it has been directed to state that the provisions of Mannequin Code of Conduct are enforced from the date of announcement of election schedule by the Election Fee and it stays in operation until completion of election course of.
Now, that the results of Jalandhar bye election have been declared by the Returning Officer, the Mannequin Code of Conduct has ceased to be in operation with instant impact.
